Your district and the schools in your district can earn money to spend in any way you want to with very little effort on your part.
As a school with already too much work to keep up with, can we really add this to our plate?
Absolutely. We will provide all of the marketing materials you'll need. All you have to do is present it to your local vendors. The win-win program sells itself. The vendor will sign up through our Web site at WeSupportOurSchools.comTM, and we'll take care of the rest. You'll just sit back and watch the proceeds come in.
How much money can my school earn?
You will receive up to 75% of all vendor advertising proceeds.
How do I get started?
Visit the District Sign-Up page of this Web site and follow the easy instructions.
Can I approve or disapprove any vendor?
Yes, you will designate someone within your school or district to approve all vendors before they can display an ad on your marketing pages. You do not approve each graphic banner ad each month, but you can have one removed should it ever be considered inappropriate.
When will my school receive the advertising dollars?
Your school will receive a check for up to 75% of all advertising fees each quarter (that will be March, June, September, December, etc.). WSOS will mail checks directly to the address indicated upon sign-up. You can also login to your secure School pages and review how much money you have earned thus far at any time.
Can I see where my funds are coming from?
Yes, you can login to your secure area and review who is advertising on your sites, how much money they have paid for advertising, and much more.
How can I promote this service in my community?
WSOS provides schools with marketing materials like flyers, email templates, and suggested tips to make this a success. These materials will help your school gain local business participation as well as to encourage parents and students to do business with those vendors who are supporting you.

As a vendor, what's in it for me?
As you support your local schools with minimal advertising funds, the eyes of parents, students, school officials, and the community will be on you and your business.
Bottom line, what's the cost?
The minimum cost is $20 per month (of which up to 75% goes directly to the school of your choice). If you wish higher placement on the ad page, you may bid beyond the initial $20 donation.
How do I get started?

What if I don't have a digital ad to upload for my banner ad?
We will be happy to help you with that. You have two choices:
  1. Send us (via e-mail) a digital logo or the font name of your company lettering, and we can create the banner ad for you ($50 charge)
  2. Or send us a scanned (e-mail or fax (480) 924-0314.) copy of your company business card and we'll create the banner for you ($75 charge)
How can I tell if my advertising dollars are working?
You can login to your secure Vendor page and review the number of visits and click-throughs you are receiving at any time. You can adjust your "offers" to improve your traffic at any time as well.
Do I get a refund if I decide to remove my ad prior to the end of the month?
Once you have submitted an ad on WSOS, you will be billed at the end of the month for that ad. There are no prorated refunds.
Is there a long-term contract to advertise with WSOS?
You can participate with WSOS on a month-to-month recurring basis or you can save money by signing up for a multi-month term. To save money, you simply select a 12,24, or 35 month term and you will receive a free month's advertising for each 12 month term. Whichever term you select, month-to-month or multi-month, once completed your offer will default to a month-to-month recurring status until cancelled. You can change your coupon or promotion at any time.
Will my ad appear on all the schools within a district, or can I pick the school?
You will select on which school or schools your banner ads will appear. The ad pricing is per ad/ per site. This lets you target various age levels and geographic locations within your community.
If I pick a school and part way through the month I decide to change to another school instead, will I be charged for that change?
Once you submit a bid, you are charged for the ad for that month. If you change to another school, you will be billed for that school as well.
